INSTALLATION STEPS – Solar Road Stud
STEP 1: Position Marking
Mark the installation positions on the road surface according to the lane layout.
Recommended spacing: about 3 meters between each stud.
STEP 2: Mix the Epoxy
Mix Part A and Part B epoxy adhesive in a 1:1 ratio.
Stir thoroughly until fully blended. Each stud requires approximately 40–50 g of mixed epoxy.
STEP 3: Surface Cleaning
Clean the marked installation area carefully to remove dust, dirt, oil, and loose materials.
Ensure the surface is dry and flat before installation.
STEP 4: Fix the Road Stud
Apply the mixed epoxy evenly to the bottom of the solar road stud.
Place it onto the marked position, press firmly, and hold briefly to secure alignment.
STEP 5: Clean Excess Adhesive
Remove any excess epoxy around the stud using a scraper or knife.
Keep the road surface clean and smooth.
STEP 6: Curing & Activation
Allow the epoxy to cure for at least 8 hours before opening to traffic.
After curing, the solar road stud will charge automatically during the day and illuminate at night.
